Can I cancel my order?

You can request to cancel any order before it ships by emailing info@VivoForma.com or by speaking with us at +1-313-889-3804.

Cancellation requests do not come with a guarantee; our cancellation system doesn't permit the cancellation of items once they are prepared for shipping.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We have multiple warehouses throughout the United States. Each item will be shipped from one of our domestic warehouses.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each Item's shipping time varies, shipping times are posted on each product's listing.

White Glove Delivery

White glove is a premium delivery service hired by us to perform a residential delivery. White glove services entail opening, inspecting, and assembling ordered merchandise as well as debris removal and installation of item.

Our white glove carrier will call in advance to schedule a delivery. It is your responsibility to be available to receive the merchandise at the agreed upon time and address. Our white glove carrier will not deliver to an active construction site. If you accept the delivery without unpacking and inspecting the styles you do so at your own risk. Any damage discovered after delivery will be the responsibility of the receiving party.

Claims for damage to products that do not arise from defects in material or workmanship are the responsibility of the delivery company. Carefully inspect all styles upon delivery, while the delivery personnel are present. If any items have been damaged in shipment refuse them and instruct the delivery personnel to repack and return to the terminal. Notify us that an item or items have been refused. Please note the style number and description email the information to info@vivoforma.com. A customer service representative will be in contact to advise replacement method and timing.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

Items must be requested to be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn or unused, have any tags still attached, include all the original packaging, and be disassembled if the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled.

All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

After the item(s) are returned to our warehouse, they must pass our inspection to complete the return.

Our final sale items are subject to no return or refund. Each "final sale" item will clearly display that it is "final sale".

All items from Diamond Sofa, Arditi Collection, Soho Concept, and Interlude Home do not allow returns as they are made-to-order.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days from when we receive the item(s) and it has passed our inspection process.

Defective Items

If you notice the packaging or product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us. If you notice the damage after delivery, please take multiple photos and send them to info@vivoforma.com within 12 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the damage and work with you to determine a solution.

INSPECTION: Signature upon manifest, bill, or "Received by" acknowledges receipt of merchandise in full and in good condition by any authorized agent of the customer named. Any damages must be noted on the bill of lading or manifest at the time of delivery upon inspection.
